1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy

We maintain a 7-day return request window only for eligible cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all natural, herbal, edible, and wellness products are non-returnable unless they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Taste, aroma, or personal preference.
Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging due to the natural nature of the products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong product.

To process your request:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Include your order number and contact details.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Replacement or Exchange

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

A replacement product will be dispatched where available.
If a replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund may be issued.
Approved replacements or exchanges are generally completed within 7 business days.
5. Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
6. Important Information
All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are subject to verification.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim after reviewing the evidence provided.
Products should not be excessively used or consumed if a damage claim is being raised.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
